Cynthia Witherspoon brings a wealth of experience in accounting and finance to her role as Treasurer at Manasseh Ministry. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Cynthia served as an Accounting and Finance Officer, where she honed her leadership skills and financial expertise.

Currently working as a Senior Accounting and Finance Manager in St. Louis, Cynthia is passionate about using her talents to give back to her community. Her dedication to serving those less privileged aligns with Manasseh Ministry's mission of empowering families affected by incarceration. Cynthia’s commitment to financial stewardship ensures that the ministry can continue to provide critical support to those in need.

What we do

Who we are

Manasseh Ministry, a nonprofit organization located in St. Louis, Missouri. Envisioned by Richard Jackson in 1988 during his incarceration with a purpose to assist currently, formerly incarcerated people and their families. Upon his release, Mr. Jackson and volunteers began the necessary work, offering direct services to currently, formerly incarcerated people and their families.
