Manasseh Ministry offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support currently and formerly incarcerated individuals and their families. Key services include:

Emotional Support: Individual and group counseling to help families navigate the challenges of incarceration.
Leadership Development: Empowering individuals with personal leadership skills to create positive change in their lives.
Advocacy Training: Preparing families and individuals to navigate the justice system and advocate for their rights.
Reintegration Support: Programs focused on job readiness, resume building, and reentry preparation.
Community Support: Events, peer mentorship, and connections to housing and healthcare resources.
Family Services: Parenting classes, family reunification support, and resources for building stronger relationships.

Since 1996, Manasseh Ministry has touched the lives of over 57,000 individuals and families, providing vital resources, education, and mentorship. We have distributed more than $5.9 million in in-kind donations, helping to foster resilience, hope, and a brighter future for those impacted by incarceration.

What we do

Who we are

Manasseh Ministry, a nonprofit organization located in St. Louis, Missouri. Envisioned by Richard Jackson in 1988 during his incarceration with a purpose to assist currently, formerly incarcerated people and their families. Upon his release, Mr. Jackson and volunteers began the necessary work, offering direct services to currently, formerly incarcerated people and their families.
